Compression Style Conduit Fittings
Compression style fittings include a ferrule that fits the proper conduit size. They are required for black Extra Flexible Conduit installations where the conduit is not pre-cut with fittings and may also be used on polymer conduit. All connectors (except HD style for large wire conduit) fit A-4, A-5 or A-3 style quick disconnects including those used on feeder inlet guides. Replacement ferrules also available.

Telescoping Conduit Kit
Changing out wire drums is quick & easy with the Telescoping Conduit Quick Disconnect Kit. Simply disconnect from the drum hood and slide the conduit up, then slide it back down to reconnect to the next drum of wire. Kit includes two linked pieces of our green polymer conduit with connector ends that can extend up to 5’ (1.5m)

Conduit Strain Relief Connectors
Steel strain relief connectors are available for both Polymer and Extra Flexible Conduit. Strain relief connectors are strongly recommended for robotic welding applications and any installations where the conduit is subject to significant bending or flexing.

Replacement Ferrules
Replacement ferrules for compression style conduit connectors. For installations using compression fittings, ordering extra ferrules is highly recommended. Choose the proper size ferrule based on the compression fitting part number.

The heavy duty Polymer Conduit Cutter is designed to trim all sizes of polymer conduit with ease. The heat treated steel cutting blade cleanly cuts through conduit. 8.5” (216mm) long.

Use this ratcheting Countersink Tool for countersinking the ends of polymer conduit to prevent wire hang-ups. Required for proper installation, except on pre-cut lengths with connectors pre-installed.

FLEX Guide Modules
Featuring the same innovative concept as the fixed radius Wire Wizard® Guide Modules, the Guide Module® FLEX System is designed especially for welding applications using a traversing axis, gantry or boom. The FLEX utilizes a series of rollers with bearings to eliminate skid friction on the wire, providing a smooth, consistent wire feed. Ideal for many applications utilizing igus® Track Systems. Compatible with solid wires (ferrous or non-ferrous) .035 to 1/16” (0.9–1.6mm). End caps (sold separately) are 1/4″ NPT-F threaded to fit A-4 style quick disconnects (not included). End caps (sold separately) are 1/2″ NPT-F threaded to fit Large Guide Module Fittings. Patent pending design.

End caps are required when installing Large FLEX Modules. Each kit includes one of each end cap. Each end cap is 1/2″ NPT-F threaded to fit Large Guide Module fittings. Two kits are available, one with a flange for mounting (inc. 4 mounting holes) and one without. End caps are 1/2″ NPT-F threaded to fit Large Guide Module Fittings.

Mounting Channel for FLEX Modules
Aluminum mounting channel for Wire Wizard® FLEX Guide Modules is available in 4 ft (1.2m) sections and may be linked together using the Mounting Channel Splice Kit. Each piece of channel features two mounting holes (one on each end) and holes for attaching the splice kit or the Guide Module FLEX End Cap Mounting Kit.
