    Quick Disconnects – Male

    Wire Wizard® Quick Disconnects feature 8 ball bearings with a rubber o-ring for secure conduit connections throughout the wire delivery system. Other disconnects on the market often only have 3 ball bearings, resulting in a loose connection that can result in unnecessary downtime. Male threaded 1/4″ NPT-M disconnects (most common) are available in steel or brass. Brass is recommended for aluminum/non-ferrous wire applications to prevent wire contamination. Rubber insulator sleeves are available to reduce the risk of electric shock.

    Quick Disconnects – Female

    Wire Wizard® Quick Disconnects feature 8 ball bearings with a rubber o-ring for secure conduit connections throughout the wire delivery system. Other disconnects on the market often only have 3 ball bearings, resulting in a loose connection that can result in unnecessary downtime. Female threaded disconnects fit a variety of feeder inlet guides as well as adapter fittings with the proper thread size. Rubber insulator sleeves are available to reduce the risk of electric shock.

    Quick Disconnect Insulator

    The Quick Disconnect Insulator fits all models of Wire Wizard® Quick Disconnects (except for HD style disconnects), including those integrated with feeder inlet guides. The durable rubber cover firmly attaches to the disconnect to protect workers from electric shock hazards at connection points in the wire delivery system.

    Quick Disconnects for HD Connectors

    Wire Wizard® HD Quick Disconnects feature 8 ball bearings with a rubber o-ring for secure conduit connections throughout the wire delivery system. Other disconnects on the market often only have 3 ball bearings, resulting in a loose connection that can result in unnecessary downtime. These male threaded disconnects (3/8″ NPT or 1/2″ NPS threads) are compatible with Wire Wizard® HD fittings only (commonly used for large wire/SAW applications).

    Bulkhead Connectors

    Wire Wizard® Bulkhead Connector Kits are designed to connect the wire delivery system from the outside to the inside of the weld cell, typically over the top of a wall or through the wall using a cage mount kit. Kits feature two A-4-ST quick disconnect fittings to connect conduit.

All Extra Flexible Conduit features a spatter-resistant outer jacket, low friction smooth-feed wire coating and patented elliptical wire spring liners.     Pre-cut lengths include swaged-on connectors on each end and strain relief connectors are optional, but highly recommended – especially for robotic applications. For custom lengths, select the correct size and closest length from the drop down, then enter custom length in the box below.

    Extreme Flex Conduit – Pre-cut

    Extreme Flex Conduit is designed for robotic welding applications requiring a high degree of mobility and flexibility. It features the same low friction elliptical wire spring liner as the Extra Flexible Conduit (FC-X), only with a single spatter-resistant outer jacket to provide more flexibility. Extreme Flex conduit is the ideal choice for robotic weld cells with a tight space between the wire source and the robot. Suitable for wire sizes up to .052 (1.3mm).

    Pre-cut lengths available in 9.8 ft (3m), 16.4 ft (5m), 24.6 ft (7.5m) or 32.8 ft (10m) with attached fittings for Wire Wizard® or Panasonic® style disconnects. Polymer strain reliefs are included on all pre-cut lengths for increased strength & durability.
