Flexible Elliptical Wire Steel-lined Conduit

Wire Wizard® Extra Flexible and Extreme Flex low friction conduit features a patented elliptical wire liner for a smooth, consistent wire feed. Perfect for robotics, gantry, linear, or any application where a tighter radius is required. A spatter resistant outer jacket provides extra protection in heavy duty applications. Available in pre-cut lengths, 100 ft (30.5m) bulk coils, or by the foot.

    Our most durable conduit displays exceptional wear characteristics and very low friction coefficient. Perfect for robotics, gantry, linear, or any application where a tighter radius is required. All Extra Flexible Conduit features a spatter-resistant outer jacket, low friction smooth-feed wire coating and patented elliptical wire spring liners.     Pre-cut lengths include swaged-on connectors on each end and strain relief connectors are optional, but highly recommended – especially for robotic applications. For custom lengths, select the correct size and closest length from the drop down, then enter custom length in the box below.

    Bulk lengths are available in 100 ft (30.5m) rolls and require compression style conduit connectors based on installation needs.

    Extreme Flex Conduit – Pre-cut

    Extreme Flex Conduit is designed for robotic welding applications requiring a high degree of mobility and flexibility. It features the same low friction elliptical wire spring liner as the Extra Flexible Conduit (FC-X), only with a single spatter-resistant outer jacket to provide more flexibility. Extreme Flex conduit is the ideal choice for robotic weld cells with a tight space between the wire source and the robot. Suitable for wire sizes up to .052 (1.3mm).

    Pre-cut lengths available in 9.8 ft (3m), 16.4 ft (5m), 24.6 ft (7.5m) or 32.8 ft (10m) with attached fittings for Wire Wizard® or Panasonic® style disconnects. Polymer strain reliefs are included on all pre-cut lengths for increased strength & durability.

    Extreme Flex Conduit for Aluminum

    Extreme Flex Conduit for aluminum wire features a durable advanced polymer liner for smooth wire delivery. Designed for robotic welding applications requiring a high degree of mobility, it features the same low friction elliptical wire spring liner and spatter-resistant outer jacket as the Extreme Flex Conduit for ferrous wires.

    Compression Style Conduit Fittings

    Compression style fittings include a ferrule that fits the proper conduit size. They are required for black Extra Flexible Conduit installations where the conduit is not pre-cut with fittings and may also be used on polymer conduit. All connectors (except HD style for large wire conduit) fit A-4, A-5 or A-3 style quick disconnects including those used on feeder inlet guides. Replacement ferrules also available.

    Conduit Strain Relief Connectors

    Steel strain relief connectors are available for both Polymer and Extra Flexible Conduit. Strain relief connectors are strongly recommended for robotic welding applications and any installations where the conduit is subject to significant bending or flexing.

    Replacement Ferrules

    Replacement ferrules for compression style conduit connectors. For installations using compression fittings, ordering extra ferrules is highly recommended. Choose the proper size ferrule based on the compression fitting part number.
