Guide Modules
  • 45° Guide Module with Polymer Rollers

The Wire Wizard® Guide Module System utilizes a series of rollers with bearings to allow the weld wire to “coast” around bends and corners in the conduit, eliminating the points of high friction that occur in these areas. By eliminating the friction on the wire, it eliminates arc failures, improves consistency and enables considerably longer conduit runs of 100 feet or more. Each 45° Guide Module may be connected to additional modules to form turns of 90°, 135° or 180°. Compatible with ferrous and non-ferrous wires up to 5/64 (2mm). Required end cap kits sold separately.

  • 45° Guide Module HD with Steel Rollers

The Wire Wizard® Guide Module System utilizes a series of rollers with bearings to allow the weld wire to “coast” around bends and corners in the conduit, eliminating the points of high friction that occur in these areas. By eliminating the friction on the wire, it eliminates arc failures, improves consistency and enables considerably longer conduit runs of 100 feet or more. Each 45° Guide Module may be connected to additional modules to form turns of 90°, 135° or 180°. HD Modules contain heavy duty steel rollers and are compatible with cored and stainless steel wires up to 5/64 (2mm). Required end cap kits sold separately.

  • 90° Mini Guide Module for Solid Wire

The Wire Wizard® Guide Module System utilizes a series of rollers with bearings to allow the weld wire to “coast” around bends and corners in the conduit, eliminating the points of high friction that occur in these areas. By eliminating the friction on the wire, it eliminates arc failures, improves consistency and enables considerably longer conduit runs of 100 feet or more. 90° Guide Modules may also be connected to form a tight 180° turn. Compatible with ferrous and non-ferrous wires up to .052 (1.3mm). Required end cap kits sold separately.

  • Guide Module End Cap Kit

Wire Wizard® Guide Module End Cap Kits include both ends (end cap A & B) and attachment hardware. Each end is 1/2″ NPS-F threaded to fit connectors such as the WGM-A5 or A-10HM. These end caps fit the following models:

    • WGM-1: 45° Standard Module
    • WGM-1-S: 45° Module for Cored & Stainless Wire
    • WGM-M-1: 90° Mini Module
  • 90° Guide Module Roof Swivel Kit

Designed for enclosed weld cells, the 90° Wire Wizard® Guide Module Roof Swivel Kit includes a compact 90° module with single-sided rollers, along with roof mounting hardware. The Roof Swivel Kit is ideal for robotic applications where the wire must be delivered from overhead, and may be mounted on top of below the roof. Compatible with ferrous and non-ferrous wires up to .052 (1.3mm). Quick disconnect shown in photo sold separately (P/N A-4-ST-I).

  • Wire Guide Caps

Wire Guide Caps are required for initial wire feeding when using Wire Guide Modules with cored wires. Simply crimp the guide cap onto the end of the wire and feed wire to the feeder. Guide Caps may also be used with other wires to avoid hang-ups when initially feeding wire from a new package to the feeder. 100 caps/pkg.

Wire Wizard® Guide Module System

The innovative Wire Wizard® Guide Module System utilizes a series of rollers with bearings to allow the weld wire to "coast" around bends and corners in the conduit, eliminating the points of high friction that occur in these areas. By eliminating the friction on the wire, it eliminates arc failures, improves consistency and enables considerably longer conduit runs of 100 feet or more, allowing wire packages to be centrally located. Each 45° Guide Module may be connected to additional modules to form turns of 90°, 135° or 180° within the wire dispensing system. Compatible with ferrous and non-ferrous wires. Patented Design.

  • Eliminates skid friction on the wire in areas where bends/corners are necessary throughout the wire dispensing system
  • The Guide Module System has turned POUNDS of pull force at the feeder into OUNCES!
  • Increases consumable life by reducing wire friction
  • Smooth, low friction wire feeding improves consistency of welds, eliminates arc failures and reduces downtime
  • Allows long distance conduit runs of 100 ft+ (30.5m+)
  • May be mounted to the drum cover, on the weld cell or in-line; compatible with drums, boxes & wood reels
  • Saves floor space by allowing wire packages to be located closer to the cell wall
  • Four Models Available to Cover Virtually all Welding Applications:
    • Standard Guide Module: For solid wires .035 to 5/64” (0.9 – 2mm)
    • 90° Mini Guide Module: For solid wires up to .052 (1.3mm), compact size for tight 90° turns
    • Heavy Duty Guide Module HD: For cored & stainless steel wires .035 to 5/64” (0.9 – 2mm)
    • Large Guide Module XL: Compatible with large wire 3/32” to 5/32” (2.4 – 4mm)
