Non-Stop® 2 & 4 Station Systems
The Non-Stop® Wire Dispensing System features an innovative process that joins the end wire from the current drum in use with the start wire of a new full drum, eliminating downtime for wire changeover. Both butt-welding and flash removal operations take only seconds and the two wire ends may be joined during the welding cycle. Butt Welder Docking Station shown in photo sold separately.

Butt Welder Docking Station
The Butt Welder Docking Station features all the required tools for butt welding wire ends together with the Non-Stop® Wire Dispensing System. The unit features a resistance butt welder (110v or 220v), wire parters for cutting flush wire ends, and a wire gage block for checking the wire diameter to ensure a smooth wire feed. Wire Sizer (shown in photo) for removing the burr in the welded joint sold separately. Compatible with solid or cored ferrous metal wires up to .078 (2mm) in diameter.

Wire Parters
Wire Parters will cut flat wire ends in order to butt weld wires together properly when using the Non-Stop® Wire Dispensing System. Note: Wire Parters included on Butt Welder Docking Station.

Wire Sizer
The Wire Sizer for the Non-Stop® Wire Dispensing System is designed to quickly and cleanly size the butt welded wire joint by removing the burr in the weld. Simply insert the wire, clamp down and pull the lever to remove the burr for smooth wire feeding. Wire Sizers are available for common solid and cored wire sizes up to .078″ (2mm). Replacement dies available, contact customer service for details.

Wire Gage Block
Use the Wire Gage Block to ensure cleaned/sized wire joints will feed smoothly when using the Non-Stop® Wire Dispensing System. The block includes slots for .035” (0.9mm), .045” (1.2mm), .052” (1.3mm) and .062” (1.6mm) wire. Note: Wire Gage Block included on Butt Welder Docking Station.

Guide Module Mounting Adapters
Two adapter options are available for mounting Wire Guide Modules on top of the Non-Stop® Wire System: The rigid adapter mounts the Modules in a fixed position, and the swivel adapter allows 360° rotation.

Wire Feed Assist Mounting Adapter
Adapter mounts Wire Pilot® Pneumatic Feed Assist (oil-less model) to the top connection point on the Non-Stop® Wire System stand. Includes insulating liner.

A-1LN Inlet Guides
- Provides trouble-free interface of connections
- Available in delrin or aluminum for heavy duty/large wire applications
- Standard inlet guides are 1/4″ NPT Female threaded to fit A-4-ST, A-4-ST-I or A-4 quick disconnects
- Large wire inlet guide fits Wire Wizard® HD fittings (A-4HD)

PAWFS-12 Inlet Guides
- Provides trouble-free interface of connections
