Flexible Conduit for Large Wire – Pre-cut
Wire Wizard® Extra Flexible Conduit for Large Wire features a larger inner diameter (0.390″/10mm), ideal for submerged arc welding applications using large diameter wire up to 3/16″ (4.8mm). All Extra Flexible Conduit features a spatter-resistant outer jacket, low friction smooth-feed wire coating and patented elliptical wire spring liners.
Pre-cut lengths include HD swaged-on connectors on each end and polymer strain relief connectors are optional. HD style quick disconnects are required for connecting pre-cut lengths. For custom lengths, select the correct size and closest length from the drop down, then enter custom length in the box below.

Flexible Conduit for Large Wire – Bulk 100 ft

Compression Fittings for Large Wire Conduit
Compression style fittings include a steel ferrule for a secure connection to the conduit. They are required for black Extra Flexible Large Wire Conduit installations where the conduit is not pre-cut with fittings, and may also be used on EC-6 polymer conduit. Replacement ferrules available.
- Compression Fitting for HD Disconnects (A-9R-HD) fits A-4HD, A-5HD or A-3HD style quick disconnects
- Compression Fitting for Standard Disconnects (A-9R) fits A-4, A-5 or A-3 style quick disconnects, including those used on standard feeder inlet guides

45° Large Guide Module XL
The Wire Wizard® Guide Module System utilizes a series of rollers with bearings to allow the weld wire to “coast” around bends and corners in the conduit, eliminating the points of high friction that occur in these areas. By eliminating the friction on the wire, it eliminates arc failures, improves consistency and enables considerably longer conduit runs of 100 feet or more. Each 45° Guide Module XL may be connected to additional modules to form turns of 90°, 135° or 180°. XL Guide Modules contain heavy duty steel rollers and are compatible with large wire up to 5/32″ (4mm). Required end cap kits sold separately.

Guide Module XL End Cap Kit
Wire Wizard® Guide Module XL End Cap Kits include both ends (end cap A & B) and attachment hardware. Each end is 1/2″ NPS-F threaded to fit connectors such as the A-9 or A-5HD.

Guide Module XL Connectors
Three connector options are available for the Large Wire Guide Module XL:
- Thread-in Compression Connector (1/2″ NPS-M) for connecting FC-XH-LW Conduit (A-9)
- Quick disconnect fitting (1/2″ NPS-M) for HD style connectors used with FC-XH-LW Conduit (A-5HD)
- Male quick disconnect adapter that fits A-5HD and other HD style disconnects (WGM-LW-049)

Guide Module XL Hanging Bracket
The XL hanging bracket fits both individual 45° and combined 90° Wire Wizard® Guide Module XL assemblies. Includes attachment hardware.

Guide Module XL Feed Assist Adapters
Securely attaches the Large Guide Module XL to the top (inlet side) of the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist. Adapters are based on the model of Wire Feed Assist.
- PFA-LM-20 Feed Assist: Use WGM-PFA-AK-LW adapter
- PFA-DD, PFA-LM-15 or PFA-WT Feed Assists: Use the PFA-54 Delrin adapter

Mechanical Turn Table
The Wire Wizard® Mechanical Turn Table is designed to effortlessly dispense large in wire submerged arc welding applications. The 4-axis adjustable arm features a polished ceramic inlet guide to prevent wire shaving. Turn table base includes heavy duty ball bearings for smooth wire delivery and long service life. Includes built-in fork slots (and optional wheels) for easy mobility. Models available with and without pneumatic brake kit. 1,000 lb (453 kg) capacity.

Turn Table Brake Kits
Pneumatic or drag brake kits are available for the Mechanical Turn Table. The Pneumatic Brake Kit includes a 24 VDC solenoid valve and can be used to slow or stop drum in welding applications where a higher wire feed speed is required and to prevent over-rotating. The economical drag brag is manually adjusted and may be used in applications where the drum rotation speed must be reduced. Turn Tables are available with pneumatic brakes pre-installed.

Turn Table Wheel Kit
The Wheel Kit for the Mechanical Turn Table features four heavy duty casters with roller bearings. Each wheel installs in four pre-drilled holes at the base of the Turn Table. Ideal for applications requiring a higher degree of mobility.

Turn Table Protective Cover
This Protective Cover for the Wire Wizard® Mechanical Turn Table is a recommended accessory to prevent dust, oils, and other industrial contaminants from building up on the wire and causing problems with residue build-up inside the wire delivery system. Constructed of tough polyethylene for long shop life. Compatible with up to 26″ (660mm) drums.
