Guide Module / Feed Assist Stand
This adjustable stand is designed for mounting Wire Wizard® Guide Modules or the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist in a position above a wood reel or drum of wire. An optional wire spool holder is also available to make this stand compatible with spools. The stand may be used with up to four wire packages in one location, making it the ideal solution for centrally locating your wire (additional extension arms required). When used in combination with a 180° Guide Module assembly, the stand provides the perfect setup for applications where the wire source is located on a mezzanine above the cell. Adjustable height from 50”–86” (1.3-2.2m).

Guide Module Drum Mount Kit
The Wire Wizard® Guide Module Drum Mounting Kit provides a simple and secure solution for mounting Guide Modules onto Wire Wizard® drum hoods. Guide Module assemblies of 45°, 90°, 135° and 180° may be used with this kit.

Guide Module Feeder Mount Kit

Guide Module Turn Table Adapter
The Turn Table Adapter Bracket securely attaches Guide Module assemblies to the Wire Wizard® Mechanical Turn Table. Compatible with the following models of Guide Modules:

Guide Module Quick Disconnect
The WGM-A5 is the standard quick disconnect fitting for the WGM-1, WGM-1-S and WGM-M-1 style Guide Modules. Threads into either end cap (WGM-ECK-50) and also secures Modules to the WGM-A-10BK face mount bracket. Features an insulated connection point and delrin inlet guide.

Guide Module Compression Fitting
Compression fitting for Guide Module System compatible with EC-4-R or FC-E conduit. Threads into either end cap on WGM-1, WGM-1-S or WGM-M-1.
For connecting other conduit sizes, use the WGM-A5 quick disconnect.

Direct pull inlet guide fitting (for feeding wire directly into Module) for the following models of Wire Wizard® Guide Modules:

45° Guide Module with Polymer Rollers
The Wire Wizard® Guide Module System utilizes a series of rollers with bearings to allow the weld wire to “coast” around bends and corners in the conduit, eliminating the points of high friction that occur in these areas. By eliminating the friction on the wire, it eliminates arc failures, improves consistency and enables considerably longer conduit runs of 100 feet or more. Each 45° Guide Module may be connected to additional modules to form turns of 90°, 135° or 180°. Compatible with ferrous and non-ferrous wires up to 5/64 (2mm). Required end cap kits sold separately.

The Wire Wizard® Guide Module System utilizes a series of rollers with bearings to allow the weld wire to “coast” around bends and corners in the conduit, eliminating the points of high friction that occur in these areas. By eliminating the friction on the wire, it eliminates arc failures, improves consistency and enables considerably longer conduit runs of 100 feet or more. Each 45° Guide Module may be connected to additional modules to form turns of 90°, 135° or 180°. HD Modules contain heavy duty steel rollers and are compatible with cored and stainless steel wires up to 5/64 (2mm). Required end cap kits sold separately.

90° Mini Guide Module for Solid Wire
The Wire Wizard® Guide Module System utilizes a series of rollers with bearings to allow the weld wire to “coast” around bends and corners in the conduit, eliminating the points of high friction that occur in these areas. By eliminating the friction on the wire, it eliminates arc failures, improves consistency and enables considerably longer conduit runs of 100 feet or more. 90° Guide Modules may also be connected to form a tight 180° turn. Compatible with ferrous and non-ferrous wires up to .052 (1.3mm). Required end cap kits sold separately.

Guide Module End Cap Kit
Wire Wizard® Guide Module End Cap Kits include both ends (end cap A & B) and attachment hardware. Each end is 1/2″ NPS-F threaded to fit connectors such as the WGM-A5 or A-10HM. These end caps fit the following models:
- WGM-1: 45° Standard Module
- WGM-1-S: 45° Module for Cored & Stainless Wire
- WGM-M-1: 90° Mini Module
