Wire Pilot® Feed Assist Turn Table Kits
Wire Pilot® Feed Assist Kits for the Mechanical Turn Table are recommended in applications with larger wires as well as long distance conduit runs often required in SAW applications with manipulator systems. Kits are available with single or tandem Wire Feed Assists. Includes Feed Assists, brackets, filter/regulator/lubricator and all mounting hardware. Feed Assist drive rolls sold separately.

Wire Pilot® Wire Feed Assist
The Wire Pilot® Pneumatic Feed Assist provides an economical way to help your wire feeder move wire through the conduit in applications with a complex wire delivery setup, long distance wire feeding or where the workload on the wire feeder must be reduced. When combined with the Guide Module System, the Feed Assist allows the ultimate flexibility when it comes to wire delivery and wire packages can be located 150 ft (46m) or more away from the arc. New model includes a redesigned, more compact industrial enclosure to keep out industrial contaminants. Compatible with ferrous & non-ferrous wire. Includes filter/regulator/lubricator (FRL). Patented design. Drive rolls sold separately.

Dual Drive Wire Pilot® Feed Assist
The new Dual Drive Wire Pilot® Feed Assist is designed to handle large wire up to 3/16″ (4.8 mm) and extra-long distance applications using standard size MIG wires. This heavy duty model features four drive rolls (sold separately) and additional torque to provide more power to effortlessly deliver wire to the feeder.

Wire Pilot® Drive Rolls
Heavy duty drive rolls for the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist are hard chromed and polished for maximum performance and durability. Drive rolls are available for all common wire sizes from .035″ (0.9mm) to 3/16″ (4.8mm) to cover both MIG and SAW welding applications. Sold individually.

Wire Pilot® Inlet Guides
Inlet guides are available for both the standard and dual drive models of Wire Pilot Feed Assist with female threads for quick disconnects (A-4 and A-4HD) or with ceramic inlets. The PFA-LM-20 Feed Assist model requires A-1B-C inlet guide(s) or other inlet based on the welding application.

Guide Module Feed Assist Adapters
Fixed and swiveling adapters are available for mounting Wire Guide Modules on top of the oil-free Feed Assist (PFA-LM-15) or the oiled model (PFA-LM). Guide Modules shown in images not included.

Wire Pilot® Drum Adapters
Wire Pilot® drum adapters are designed for securely mounting the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist on top of a Wire Wizard® drum hood. Wire Wizard® drum hoods are reinforced to support the additional weight, mounting the Feed Assist on other drum hoods may result in damage to the hood and/or the Feed Assist. Drum adapters include a ceramic inlet to eliminate wire shaving.

Wire Pilot® Mounting Brackets
Wire Pilot® mounting brackets are compatible with both models of Feed Assists (oiled model shown in photos). Two options are available: A Wall Mount Bracket for mounting in a fixed position, and a Pivoting Extension Arm that allows the Feed Assist to pivot upward for easy wire drum change-outs.

Silencer-Reclassifier
Replaces standard muffler/filter on either Wire Pilot® Feed Assist model. Reduces noise and eliminates oil drainage on oiled model (PFA-LM).

Wire Retract Kit
The Wire Retract Kit serves as an automated forward/reverse control for the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist and also as an emergency shutoff. The solenoid allows the wire feed to be reversed when necessary and shuts down the motor immediately in case of an emergency. Compatible with both Feed Assist models.

Solenoid Kit (24V)
The 24V Solenoid Kit serves as an automated electronic shutdown for the Wire Pilot® Feed Assist and also as an emergency shutoff. The solenoid prevents the loss of air pressure when the motor is not in use and shuts down the motor immediately in case of an emergency. Compatible with both Feed Assist models.

Replacement Filter-Regulator-Lubricator
A filter/regulator/lubricator (FRL) is included with all new Wire Pilot® Feed Assist models. This is a direct replacement if your current FRL has been damaged or is inoperative.

Replacement Bail Gear Assembly
The Replacement Bail Gear Assembly is compatible with PFA-LM-20 and PFA-LM model Wire Pilot® Feed Assists. Each assembly includes all components required to replace the gear and bearings on the bail side of the Pneumatic Feed Assist.

Quick Disconnects for HD Connectors
Wire Wizard® HD Quick Disconnects feature 8 ball bearings with a rubber o-ring for secure conduit connections throughout the wire delivery system. Other disconnects on the market often only have 3 ball bearings, resulting in a loose connection that can result in unnecessary downtime. These male threaded disconnects (3/8″ NPT or 1/2″ NPS threads) are compatible with Wire Wizard® HD fittings only (commonly used for large wire/SAW applications).

Replacement Ferrules
Replacement ferrules for compression style conduit connectors. For installations using compression fittings, ordering extra ferrules is highly recommended. Choose the proper size ferrule based on the compression fitting part number.
