Wire Feeder Extension Kit
Due to its unique design, the PowerBall® MIG Gun power cable may interfere with some wire feeder housings. To overcome this, simply install the optional extension kit between the feeder adapter and the rear connector on the torch to extend the feeder adapter further away from the wire feeder housing.

Heat Spring for PowerBall® MIG Guns
The PowerBall® Heat Spring is designed to reduce heat exposure in high heat and long duty cycle applications, allowing operators to handle the neck. It creates a pocket of air around the neck for better heat dissipation than solutions that cover the entire neck. Easily installed by removing the insulator and sliding over the torch neck. Compatible with long and extra long necks for PowerBall® MIG guns.

PowerBall® MIG Gun Handle Replacement Kit (400/500 A)
The PowerBall® 400/500 A MIG gun handle replacement kit includes the full handle assembly, trigger and hook. Fits 400 A and 500 A MIG guns only. Contact customer support for 300 A MIG gun replacement handles.

PowerBall® Terminal Adapter Kit
The PowerBall® Terminal Adapter Kit is required on certain wire feeders that need additional space to attach two power cables to the positive terminal. This may be necessary when using a PowerBall® MIG gun with the jumper cable option. The kit includes a solid copper adapter that threads onto the terminal (3/8-16 threads) and a PowerBall® copper nut for securing the cables together.

This heavy duty fixed automation torch mount fits PowerBall® Fixed Automation Torches as well as torches made by other OEM manufacturers. Allows directional adjustment and includes insulated mounting plate. Fits 3/4″ torch neck diameter.
