Torch Liners for Aluminum Wire

Low friction torch liners for aluminum wire are available for PowerBall® MIG Guns as well as other welding guns. Order 15′ (4.6m) nylon liners for PowerBall® MIG Guns or others with collets that fit a .184″ (4.67 mm) outer diameter liner.

Bulk torch liner (sold by the foot) is available in extended life graphite or nylon material. May require a collet on some welding torches. Contact customer support if you are unsure of liner compatibility or require an aluminum liner for a specific torch model.

Front Loading Torch Liners

Front loading liners (6′ / 1.8m) adapt to PowerBall®, Tregaskiss®, Fronius® or Lincoln Electric® robotic MIG torches. All front loading liners require a collet adapter on the back end of the torch cable (may be reused through multiple liner change-outs).
