Description
Wire Wizard® Dereeling Arms for wood reels feature a low friction polymer or steel liner with a spring-loaded drag brake that provides smooth acceleration and deceleration of the feed arm to prevent wire from shingling off the reel. All arms include a polished ceramic inlet guide to eliminate wire shaving. Dereeling Arm Kits include arm, liner, brake, base plate & quick disconnect.
- Universal base plate designs fit all wood or plastic reels with 1-5/16″ (33mm) or 5″ (127mm) center arbors
- Available with polymer or steel liner (always use polymer for aluminum wire applications)
- Twin locking cams secure base plate to reel for stability
- Spring-loaded drag brake provides smooth acceleration and deceleration of feed arm and prevents wire from shingling off reel
- Outer tube radius and lead will not change wire cast
- Ceramic inlet guide provides long wear and prevents wire shaving
- Large coupler bearing resists both thrust and “G” loads
- Easy installation, typically requires little adjustment

When ordering, please state your company’s “bill to” and “ship to” address, purchase order number, part number, quantity, item description, and any special shipping instructions. All purchases will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Items too large for UPS, will be shipped by commercial carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA:
International orders outside of North America will be shipped by our global distribution partners. ELCo Enterprises has distributors located worldwide in Europe (Wire Wizard Europe), Asia, Australia, India and elsewhere.
RETURNS:
All returns must be in new condition and authorized by ELCo by use of a Returned Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA) within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
$75 minimum order.
NOTE: Purchases cannot be delivered to post office boxes.
