Proudly Made in USA, Torch Wizard® Robotic Nozzle Cleaning Stations are engineered to maximize consumable life and uptime. Built tough for reliable performance in high volume production applications, they feature no belts that wear out and no complex circuit boards that are subject to the current supply chain delays. Durable titanium nitride coated reamer blades provide extended blade life, reducing maintenance time to replace worn or broken blades. Select models in stock and ready to ship. Lead times for others are only weeks, not months!

Self-cleaning Air Blast Option
An integrated air blast option on select models provides automated cleaning of spatter and debris from the reamer motor, reducing downtime for maintenance.

No Complex Circuit Boards
Supply chain problems with circuit boards may be holding up production of other cleaning stations, but not the Torch Wizard®! Not only that, there's no replacing expensive boards like on other brands.

TiN Coated Reamer Blades – Made in USA!
Made from alloy tool steel and coated with titanium nitride (TiN) for enhanced durability, these blades maintain a sharp cutting edge and resist breakage. Nozzle brush available for aluminum applications.

Blue Magic® Anti-spatter – Made in USA!
Blue Magic® or Blue Chill® anti-spatter provides maximum protection for nozzles and consumables. You also get an extended two-year warranty with exclusive use of Wire Wizard® anti-spatters!

EtherNet Option Available
Optional EtherNet capability is available on select models for connectivity in modern weld cells. An industrial grade port on the side of the unit ensures a strong & reliable connection.

Tandem Arc Torch Models Available
Wire Wizard® offers some of the only nozzle cleaning stations available for tandem arc torches. Units are available for Tregaskiss®, Lincoln Electric®, Fronius® and Cloos® tandem arc torches.

What's the difference between a basic and optimized wire delivery system? In many robotic applications, a non-optimized system can result in excess downtime and poor welding performance. In a basic or traditional setup, steps are not often taken to minimize the friction on the wire, resulting in multiple points of high friction. Some wire delivery setups can also pose electrical and fire safety hazards by using quick disconnects without a protective insulator or fiber drums without fire resistant covers when located near the arc.

In an optimized wire delivery system, every step possible is taken to minimize the friction on the wire for smooth, flawless wire delivery to the feeder as well as through the torch liner. Wire Guide Modules are installed to eliminate wire skid friction around bends in the delivery system. Quick disconnects that may be in contact with operators all feature insulated connectors to prevent electrical shock hazards. Fiber drums or boxes of bulk wire are covered with fire resistant covers to prevent fire hazards. Everything in an optimized wire delivery system is designed to maximize welding performance and eliminate unnecessary downtime for optimum productivity.
