Weld Central® Complete System
The new Weld Central® is a Process Optimization System that monitors and tracks key (time-stamped) process variables, including current, voltage, wire feed speed, gas flow & feed motor current. This information can be utilized for both process optimization and determining the weld cell OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Combined with the Wizard View® software, the Weld Central® is the ultimate weld cell performance monitoring system! Complete system includes one set of sensors, controller (monitors up to 2 or 4 torches, depending on package) and Wizard View® Software (1 license). Additional Sensor Kits sold separately.

Weld Central® Sensor Kit
The Weld Central® Sensor Kit includes one each of the following sensors for the Weld Central® System:
- Voltage & Amperage Sensor (WC-1-VAS-DC)
- Wire Speed Sensor (WC-1-WS-18)
- Feed Motor Current Sensor (WC-1-MS)
- Gas Flow Sensor (WC-1-GS-19)
Sensors require a Weld Central® Controller. Not compatible with other weld monitoring systems. Cables (20 ft) are included with each sensor, along with calibration certificates valid for 1 year. All sensors are equipment agnostic, and will function with any wire feeder or power source.

Wizard View® Optimization Software
Wizard View® provides an easy to use interface for the Weld Central® System that graphs and logs data, alerts, wire & gas usage and other key welding performance information. The software collects data from any torch with the Weld Central® hardware installed. Simply browse to the desired torch to see a visual representation of the welding data along with the wire and gas usage information. One software license is included with each Wizard View controller.

Wire Speed Sensor
The Wire Feed Sensor is an essential component for the Weld Central® System. It measures wire activity, including feed speed and total wire usage. Compatible with up to 1/16” diameter wire.
- 10-1000 IPM (4.2 – 423mm/s) +/- 3%,
- 1 IPM (0.4mm/s) Resolution
- Includes 20 ft (6m) cable
- Compatible with any wire feeder
- Inlet Guides: Order PAWFS-12 (for steel wire) or PAWFS-12-1 with A-4L-H Liner (for aluminum/non-ferrous wire) along with required connector fittings (A-3 disconnect or A-16F-4 fitting)
Please Note: This wire sensor is designed for use with the Wire Tracker™ and Weld Central® systems. It does not include all the necessary components to manually connect to a PLC.

Voltage and Current Sensor (DC)

The Voltage & Current Sensor for DC measures arc voltage and amperage from the power source. Compatible with any power source manufacturer (lug connectors included).- Voltage Range & Accuracy: 0-80 Volts DC +/- 1%, 0.1 Volt Resolution
- Current Range & Accuracy: 0-1000 Amps DC +/- 1%, 1 Amp Resolution

Gas Flow Sensor
The Gas Flow Sensor for the Weld Central system measures/monitors volume of gas flow as CFH or LPM, gas surges and total gas used (can function as a totalizer). Pre-calibrated with most shielding gas mixtures. Standalone/portable version also available here.

Feed Motor Current Sensor
The Wire Feed Motor Current Sensor for the Weld Central® System measures amperage draw on the wire feeder motor. Ideal for detecting a variety of wire feeding issues that can increase the workload on the feeder. Compatible with any wire feeder manufacturer (installs inside feeder housing).
- Range: 0-5.0 ADC
- Accuracy: ±3% Full Scale ±2 digits
- Resolution: 0.01 amps
