Tired of refilling anti-spatter reservoirs on your robotic nozzle cleaning stations? Cut downtime and lower your anti-spatter costs by switching to a bulk anti-spatter dispensing system! Bulk anti-spatter system capability is standard on all Torch Wizard® Nozzle Cleaning Stations. A manifold kit (available for 55 gal drums or 5 gal containers) reliably supplies Blue Magic® or Blue Chill® Anti-spatter to multiple stations with a pneumatic pump that can supply up to 1.92 gallons of anti-spatter per minute. In addition to robotic cleaning stations, you can also supply refilling stations for spray bottles for semi-automatic weld cells. |
  
Nick Zieman Promoted to Director of Operations |
Nick Zieman has been promoted to Director of Operations. Nick has been a vital member of the Wire Wizard® team since first joining the organization in 2010. He has previously held positions in customer support and most recently excelled in his role as General Manager of Process & Throughput. As Director of Operations, he will be responsible for managing and directing customer support, order processing, sales administration, inventory control, and shipping and receiving, with a focus on ensuring world-class customer satisfaction.

Matt Zieman Promoted to Director of Manufacturing |
Matt Zieman has been promoted to Director of Manufacturing. Matt has been with Wire Wizard® since 2015 when he joined the organization as Distribution Manager, and later thrived in his most recent position as Manager of Product Development and Quality. Matt will now be overseeing all manufacturing operations, including product design, production, quality and assembly, with a strong focus on improving efficiency and manufacturing processes.
