ROBOTIC NOZZLE CLEANING STATION WITH SELF-CLEANING FEATURE FOR EASY MAINTENANCE
The Torch Wizard® Self-Cleaning Robotic Nozzle Cleaning Station is a low maintenance workhorse designed for high volume applications. The station features a self-cleaning air blast to clean spatter and other debris from the blade and air motor. Anti-spatter is applied evenly to the nozzle and tip through an isolated compartment, eliminating wet debris build-up on the reamer blade and motor. Two year warranty with use of Blue Magic® / Blue Chill® anti-spatter. Evacuation chute and tool center point options shown in photo sold separately.

| WIRE GUIDE MODULES USED FOR CENTRALLY LOCATING WIRE TO OPTIMIZE FLOOR SPACE & ELIMINATE WIRE FRICTION |
Floor space in today's manufacturing facilities comes at a premium, that's why flexibility with the weld cell layout is important for best use of the space that is available. Enabling a long distance between the wire source and the feeder, Wire Guide Modules allow drums of wire to be placed further away from weld cells in a central location, or even above the cell on a mezzanine in some applications. Centrally locating wire allows optimum use of floor space, easier wire monitoring and reduced wire changeout time.
A manufacturer in Mississippi recently set up bulk packages of .045 steel wire in a central location running to their weld cell that includes 8 welding robots. In this installation, the wire is located 50 feet or more away from each of the wire feeders. With Guide Modules eliminating compound friction in the wire delivery system, wire pull force averaged only 8 oz. at the feeder. Without Guide Modules, the boxes would need to be installed around the cell near the robots, making wire monitoring more difficult and narrowing the aisles around the cell. The central locations of these drums makes wire monitoring easy with the installation of the Wire Level Gauge (shown on drum on the far left in photo) to visually show the level of wire remaining in each drum. |

Stacked Guide Modules were used to deliver wire to multiple robots. Wire package locations across the aisle kept the floor space clear around the cell. |
