Wire Wizard® conduit, torch liners and other weld wire dispensing equipment address the key factors that effect the operation of your weld cell. Tests have been been completed on our conduit that show our blue polymer EC conduit and black extra flexible conduit have the lowest friction coefficient in the industry. In addition, we have recently improved the strength of our polymer conduit. Below is just one test we have performed on the conduit - a piece of Wire Wizard® conduit and two competing brands were nicked to simulate the effect of being cut by a sharp object in the work environment. The EC-4 conduit was the only one of the three that did not break when put under stress.

New & Improved Wire Pilot® Feed Assist

Several enhancements have recently been made to the popular Wire Pilot® Wire Feed Assist. The new unit now features high performance, hard chromed, u-groove drive rolls. The drive rolls are more wear resistant, provide better grip and have rounded shoulders along the grooves to prevent wire shaving and reshaping that can occur with v-grooved or standard u-grooved drive rolls. They are also compatible with both ferrous and non-ferrous wire. In addition to the new drive rolls, the Wire Pilot® features an improved face plate design and a silencer/reclassifier is now standard on all motors to prevent excess oil run-off and reduce noise. The Wire Pilot® Feed Assist is designed to help your wire feeder move wire through the conduit in welding applications where the use of large diameter wire or long conduit runs are a necessity.
