ACCURATE GAS FLOW TRACKING & MONITORING IN ONE DEVICE
Now available! The Gas Tracker™ Digital Gas Flow Monitor provides an easy way to monitor and track shielding gas flow in robotic or semi-automatic MIG or TIG welding applications. The Gas Tracker™ is two monitors in one — it may be used as a portable unit or mounted in-line. It provides a simple and accurate method for monitoring and totalizing incoming gas flow, or measurement and verification of gas flow at the nozzle. Click here for the Gas Tracker brochure.
- PORTABLE APPLICATION: Check and verify gas flow at the nozzle to avoid porosity and other serious weld quality issues. Each monitor includes a hose, nozzle cup and filter assembly, along with a rechargeable 24-hour li-ion battery
- IN-LINE APPLICATION:
The monitor can function as a gas totalizer, verify proper gas flow and keep a record of average gas flow per weld (data downloadable via USB connection).
- Accurate digital gas flow reading (+/- 3%) allows optimization of flow rates for consistent weld quality and eliminating excess gas usage
- Touchscreen interface with digitally displayed flow rate of 0 – 100 CFH (0 – 50 LPM) with 1 CFH resolution, viewable in
Imperial or Metric units
- PLC connectivity allows automated alert functions
- Pre-calibrated for a variety of gas mixture options to cover most welding applications

- View and export time-stamped gas flow data (per weld), including duration of flow, gas flow rate (in CFH or LPM), gas consumed and gas remaining

| WIRE WIZARD GUIDE MODULE® FLEX SYSTEM |

New model for large wire up to 5/32" (4mm) now available! Featuring the same innovative concept as fixed radius Wire Wizard® Guide Modules, the Guide Module® FLEX System is designed for welding applications using a traversing axis, gantry or boom. The FLEX utilizes a series of steel rollers with bearings to eliminate skid friction on the wire, providing a smooth, consistent wire feed. FLEX Modules also integrate with select igus® cable carriers, mounting either internally or externally. Patent pending design. |
- Provides flexible solution for reducing wire skid friction in welding applications with a traversing axis
- Allows the use of bulk wire in applications that typically require smaller spools mounted to the robot
- Two models now available to cover virtually all wire sizes:
- Standard FLEX Modules are available for wire sizes .035 to 1/16” (0.9–1.6mm)
- Large FLEX Modules for wire sizes 1/16" to 5/32" (1.6-4mm) - ideal for SAW welding applications
- May be mounted internally or externally to select igus® cable carriers, or installed using aluminum mounting channel
- Available in 5 or 10 ft sections (end caps sold separately), or in custom lengths

Earlier this month, ELCo's Founder and CEO Edward Cooper had the honor of being inducted into the Jackson Area Manufacturers Association (JAMA) Heritage Hall of Fame. Ed's name has been added to a distinguished list of innovators and entrepreneurs from the Jackson, Michigan area that have built successful companies known around the globe. The ELCo Leadership Team was also in attendance to celebrate this incredible achievement.
